Choose this shop because my insurance works with them and I am soo satisfied with the quality of work they provided!! They went above and beyond and cleaned my entire car inside and out! In fact I had never seen my car so clean before!! I normally do not leave reviews but even after a few days every time I get in my car it smells and looks brand new!! Not to mention the rental car process was soo easy and I could just drop it off with them!! I added a photo of my rim just to show how much detail they put in cleaning every inch of my vehicle

Fantastic and easy experience from beginning to end. The staff communicated through the entire process. They went above and beyond to get our issues addressed, working through a minor insurance snag to get our car repaired correctly. they even went the extra mile by working with a dealership to address a warranty issue (none of which was part of the job, but needed to be done anyways).

Recently had a minor accident that I went to Hudson View for repairs as they were suggested by the insurance company covering the claim. When I brought my car in to have them take a look, they were great from the start - took care of everything for me working with the insurance company and made everything run as smooth as possible. The damage I had was pretty minor but they did an awesome job with the repair (front bumper had minor scuff and scratching but it looks good as new) and they even cleaned/detailed my car inside and out which they didn't have to do - much appreciated. Will definitely recommend Hudson View and appreciate the great job they did for my repair.

I brought my car in after I hit a deer and was doing an insurance claim. The process for getting pricing was a bit long but I chalk that up to insurance red tape. Once they got my car in, it took less time than originally quoted and they even detailed the interior of my car at no charge. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Hudson View Auto body was awesome! From start to finish they were efficient and professional. They got me in right away for a quote and were able to take my car when I needed them to and fix it and the car was done before the time I requested! My car looked amazing and was cleaner then when it went in. They are a family owned and operated business and it shows in the service I received. They care about the work and the customers. It is nice to find that today when it is not often the case anymore. I can say I will never go anywhere for my car repairs!

Super nice people. Appointment was kept and work began quickly. Small, but Comfortable waiting area with leather chairs and a couch. Price was reasonable.

Only criticism I had was that I had wait an additional day to complete inspection. Even with that, they took care of me right away and I was in and out.

Would continue to service my vehicle here.

I love this shop. They are fast and thorough. The one time I had an issue with a repair through my insurance, they accepted responsibility, ordered the parts needed and worked with me to get my car back in during a time that would work best for me. My only complaint is they are as far away from me as they are. I live in Dover so it's difficult to get there and get car work done. However, I have complete faith in their work, and they have been willing to work with me on stuff I've needed

Best auto experience I've ever had. The front desk staff (Sharon) was so friendly! Waiting area is clean and comfortable. At least 2 people asked if I was being helped while I waited. I went in for general maintenance (oil, tire rotation) and mentioned I was concerned my brakes might need service. They could 1000% have convinced me to replace them, but the mechanic was actually honest and said I didn't need to yet. It's nice not to worry about being ripped off. They even bring your car right to the front door when you're ready to leave! So happy I found this place.
